Ingredients:

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 large sweet onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
• 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1 16-ounce can butter beans, drained
• 1 16-ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 15-ounce can pork and beans
• 1 15 1/4-ounce can lima beans, rinsed and drained.

Directions:

1. Cook the beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat, just until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
2. Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, vinegar, mustard and brown sugar. Add to the meat.
3. Stir in all the beans. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 hours or until thoroughly heated. Serve hot.
