How do you make a payment to your Shell credit account?

You can make a payment to your Shell Card account by logging into your account online at AccountOnline.com. You can also pay your bill over the phone or by mail. As of 2015, Citibank administers Shell Card accounts.

Log into your account and click the Make a Payment link on the welcome page. You have the option to pay the minimum payment or a different amount. You can also select to pay the same day or schedule a future payment. To pay over the phone, contact the toll-free number on the back of your Shell Card, and provide your checking account and routing number when prompted. You can also mail a check to the address on your bill.
