To make stuffing waffles, grease a waffle iron and press leftover stuffing into a waffle form. Adding some egg and stock to the stuffing can moisten it and help the mixture stick together in waffle form.
Stuffing Waffles
Stuffing waffles are a fantastic way to use up leftover stuffing. They make a tasty holiday breakfast, especially when topped with leftover cranberry sauce, maple syrup or leftover gravy. To make stuffing waffles, use the following steps.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 7-8 minutes
Cooling time: 2 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:

- 3-4 cups leftover stuffing
- 2 eggs (optional)

- 1/2 cup leftover cranberry sauce
- Leftover gravy (optional)
- Leftover turkey (optional)
- Prepare the waffle iron
- Prepare the stuffing
- Make the waffles
Grease a waffle iron with some melted butter or cooking spray. Turn on the waffle iron and let it preheat.
Set 3 or 4 cups of leftover stuffing aside in a large bowl. If the stuffing is a bit dry, add two eggs and around 1/4 cup of stock to the mixture to moisten it.
Press half of the stuffing into the preheated waffle iron, spreading it evenly around the plates. Close the plate and let the waffle cook for around 7 to 8 minutes. Let the waffle cook for a couple of minutes until it is golden brown and crispy, then remove it from the iron. Repeat the process with the rest of the stuffing. Serve topped with cranberry sauce, leftover gravy or turkey.
