What are some manufacturers of luxury cars?

Some manufacturers of luxury cars are Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Rolls Royce and Bentley. Some other luxury, or premium, automobile manufacturer brands are BMW, Audi, Porsche and Maserati.

Mercedes-Benz is a German automobile brand founded in 1926. Parent company, Jaguar Land Rover, owns British brand Jaguar. Rolls Royce is also a British luxury car brand, which Bavarian Motor Works owns. The Volkswagen Group owns Bentley, another British automaker.

BMW, a German automotive company, is one of the top-selling luxury brands in the United States. Manufacture of Audi automobiles takes place in Germany under parent company, the Volkswagen Group. Maserati is an Italian luxury brand established in 1914.
