Tori Spelling has had four pregnancies and does not plan on becoming pregnant again, as of 2015. Spelling's fourth pregnancy was difficult and caused some life threatening problems, including placenta previa, where the placenta covers the opening of the cervix.

In October 2014, rumors circulated that Spelling was pregnant for a fifth time, despite denying any desire to be pregnant again after her difficult fourth pregnancy. Spelling revealed the details of the fourth pregnancy to multiple media outlets stating that the complications almost killed her and caused her to return to the hospital several times, even after the pregnancy, although the baby was born healthy.
