How many terminals does the Atlanta airport contain?

The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is comprised of two terminals. The Domestic Terminal contains six concourses, and the smaller International Terminal houses one concourse. Both terminals provide a variety of retail and dining venues along with basic airport services.

The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport was developed in 1925 on the site of an abandoned auto racetrack. During World War II, it was used as an air base by the U.S. government. In 1980, the Atlanta terminal was the largest air passenger terminal complex in the world. In 2004, over 83 million travelers passed through the airport, and in 2009, the airport set a world record for monthly flights with 88,408.
