Kirk Douglas married twice. His first marriage was to Diana Dill in 1943. They were married from 1943 to 1951. In 1954, he married his second wife, Anne Buydens. As of 2015, they are still married.

Diana and Kirk had two children together, Michael and Joel Douglas. Since their divorce, the former couple has kept an amicable relationship. Diana Douglas appeared in several of Kirk's films, including "It Runs in the Family." Diana died in 2015.

Anne and Kirk met in Paris while he filmed "Lust for Life." As of 2015, they have been married for more than 60 years. They also have two sons together, Peter and Eric Douglas.
