Oscar Robertson notched a record 184 triple-doubles during his NBA career. The 6-foot-5 guard played with the Cincinnati Royals and Milwaukee Bucks over his 14 NBA seasons.
During an incredible 1961-62 season, Robertson recorded averages of 30.8 points, 12.5 rebounds and 11.4 assists to average a triple-double, which is a feat yet to be duplicated as of 2014. That year also saw Robertson record 41 triple-doubles in a single season, still an NBA record. Robertson finished his career with 26,710 points, 7,804 rebounds and 9,887 assists. Nicknamed the "Big O" during his playing days, Robertson was enshrined into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1980.
