The Kansas City Steak Company recommends marinating ribeye steaks with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt, garlic salt and seasoned salt. Combine these ingredients with vegetable oil and ground black pepper, and marinate the steak for four to six hours before grilling.
