The Medicare rate increases for 2015 include $104.90 per month for Part B premium and $147 annually for Part B deductible, explains Medicare.gov. Most people do not pay a monthly premium for Part A, but those who do are required to pay a maximum of $407 per month.

When it comes to the Part A hospital inpatient deductible, consumers are required to pay $1,260 for every benefit period.
