Medico's three plans -- A, N and F -- have increasing amounts of coverage. Plan A includes costs of hospital and hospice co-payments and additional hospitalization. Plan B provides additional benefits, including skilled nursing facility co-payment and foreign emergency travel costs. Plan F covers Medicare Part B medical insurance deductibles and excess charges, according to the company's website. Medico's plans are not available in some states. In addition, coverage varies somewhat in Massachusetts, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
