As of 2015, Metro Grocery has a store locator on its website, Metro.ca. The store locator tool appears automatically when the user navigates to the homepage and provides the option of a store list or a map.

To find a store on Metro.ca, the user enters the postal code or selects the province and city of her location. The tool can display information in English or French.

Creating a Metro.ca account allows the website to remember the user's location each time she visits. Membership benefits include personalized flyers and coupons. As of 2015, Metro Incorporate operates more than 600 food stores in Ontario and Quebec and employs more than 65,000 people.
