What is Microsoft Access?
By Forinfos - 11/01/2026 - 0 comments
Microsoft Access is a database management system used for capturing and analyzing data from computers or networks. Access can also be used to build new applications that use the data once it has been categorized.
The Microsoft Access interface works by allowing the user to create tables and forms for storing data. Once the data has been imported into Access, the user can set relationships between data sets. These relationships dictate how groups of data interact with one another. Once in Access, data can also be sorted, searched and edited from the control panel. Files created in Microsoft access are saved with the .mdb or .accdb file extensions.
