As of November 2015, there are no plans for a MovieStarPlanet sequel game. MovieStarPlanet is an massively multiplayer online (MMO), browser-based, socializing game aimed at children.

MovieStarPlanet began in 2012. It was made for players aged eight to 15. The game's objective is for the player to move up the ranks of movie stardom by earning Fame and in-game currency, StarCoins. Players can earn Fame and StarCoins by making short movies starring their movie star avatar, entering creative competitions with other players and other minigames. Players can also buy StarCoins with real-world currency, though payment is not required to play.
