How much do Merkle-Korff gear motors generally cost?

There are hundreds of different types of gear motors sold at Merkle-Korff that range in price between $30 and $150, as of 2015. Generally, if the motor is capable of spinning at lower revolutions per minute or is a parallel-shaft assembly unit, it costs more. Each type of motor can be purchased individually or in large groups directly from Merkle-Korff.

Merkle-Korff motors are used in all several different types of devices including machines such as X-rays, vending units, toasters and pumps. The gear motors are available in the 3400, 3700, 4500, 4400 model series. Each model also includes assorted variations and has speeds than can be adjusted up to 250 RPMs.
