To find the name of a district's congressional representative, go to the United States House of Representatives website. As of 2015, the site lists the states that the representatives come from alphabetically with each district listed along with the name of the representative.

The site also lists each representative's party affiliation. Other given information includes the location of congressional offices, phone numbers and committee memberships.

For example, as of 2015, Bradley Byrne represents Alabama's first district. He is a Republican, and his office is in room 119 in the Cannon House Office Building. His phone number is 202-225-4931, and he sits on the Armed Services committee as well as the Education and the Workforce Rules committee.
