Name My Reward is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau of Utah. On the BBB Utah website, it has a score of D- based on a scale of A+ to F.

BBB Utah outlines the factors that caused the low rating, including the following: length of operation, seven reported complaints, and failure to respond to one complaint. Complaints about the company were also filed on PeopleClaim.com. A complainant was offered a $500 gift card that she could only claim if she agreed to try out a face cream. She had to give her credit card number to cover the shipping cost. Both shipping and the cost of the cream were billed to her card. Furthermore, the package she received did not include the $500 gift card.
