Nancy Sinatra Senior was primarily known to be Frank Sinatra's wife. Later on, she played a few television and movie roles regarding Frank Sinatra's life.

She starred as herself in a variety of programs, including "Sinatra: All or Nothing at All" in 2015, "Nancy & Lee in Las Vegas" in 1975 and "Dinah's Place" in 1974. Frank Sinatra was 19 when he met Nancy Barbato, and the two were married in Bartaro's hometown of Jersey City. When the two moved to Hollywood, Frank Sinatra would frequently stray from his marriage, and the affairs became public knowledge. The two announced their separation on February 14, 1950.
