Exceptions to the fishing permit law apply. Individuals under the age of 16 may fish in Lake LaDue and other Ohio waters without a permit. Fishing is also legal for all fishers at Lake LaDue on specified Ohio free fishing days. Fishing without a permit is also legal for all active-duty U.S military service members on leave.
