Is Nick Saban an atheist?

Football coach Nick Saban is not an atheist; he is a devout Catholic. As of 2014, he is a regular at Mass each Sunday at St. Francis of Assisi University Parish, just two blocks from the University of Alabama practice fields, explains SBNation.com.

Saban grew up Catholic and was even a big fan of Notre Dame the Catholic school his Alabama Crimson Tide defeated in the 2013 BCS Title game. Saban has long been known for having a Mass before every game with his pastor, the Reverand Gerald Holloway, serving as team chaplain and leading the team in the "Our Father" prayer before and after games.
