The player cuts the patient's septum and reshapes the bone in her nose using various operating tools. The player then reshapes the bone and sutures the nose. After completing the operation, the player is able to play the game again as an intern or a specialist. When playing as the specialist, the player completes the operation without the guidance of the narrator.
