How does one use Stayfree pads?

Using Stayfree pads or any other type of pad is easy. Simply unwrap the pad, and peel off the paper that covers the sticky part. Then stick the unwrapped pad in the underwear, and throw away the wrapper.

1. Wash your hands

   Wash your hands before using a Stayfree pad or any type of pad.

2. Unwrap the pad

   Unwrap the pad, and remove the peel strip that protects the sticky portion of the pad.

3. Adhere the pad

   Place the sticky side down into your underwear to adhere the pad to the underwear. If the pad has wings, wrap them around your underwear to secure the pad in place.
