How do you order a copy of Bell Whitepages?

Bell customers can order paper copies of local White Pages telephone directories by calling the phone company, by ordering them online at their provider’s website, or by picking one up at their local Bell store. As of 2015, Canadian Bell customers can call their local provider at 1-800-268-5637.

In 2009, Southwestern Bell (AT&T) stopped delivering White Pages directories to customers. In the past, FCC rules required that service providers offer these directories to customers. AT&T successfully petitioned the public utilities commissions of the areas it served to discontinue delivery of White Pages directories to customers as long as said customers could request one at no charge. All Bell companies soon adopted this policy. Customers who want a local directory can obtain one by contacting their provider or by visiting their provider's location.
