Organizational behavior helps organizations relate to other social or business groups on both the macro and micro levels. This is a systemic approach based on behavioral science.
There are five aspects to the organizational behavior system and these include the individual, informal organization, physical environment, formal organization and fusion process. The fusion process involves the formal and informal organization and the individual. All three of these work together to shape and modify one another. All five aspects are necessary for the system to work and everyone working in an organizational behavior system must recognize the function of all aspects for seamless operation.
