Are Pantech phones expensive?

Pantech phones are not in the higher price range for mobile devices. The Pantech Discover rivals some features of more expensive phones and is of superior quality to others in its price range, states Engadget. With a going price of $50 after a two-year commitment, it's a reliable budget phones.

There is also the Pantech Perception that is only $100 with Verizon. It has a 4.8-inch, high-definition (720p), touch-screen display and a fairly thin case. Its Motion Sense feature lets users interact with the phone without touching it, so it is possible to accept a phone call, move to another message or flip through photos by waving a hand in front of the screen.
