To ensure accurate rebate submission processing, consumers must follow all directions listed on the rebate. Rebates are only valid if the consumer submits them within 30 days of purchase. For rebates valued at less than $5, the consumer receives distribution in the form of a postcard check. If the value of a rebate is $5 or more, the company issues a Pep Boys Visa prepaid card.
