A personal magnifying makeup mirror is a small mirror that is curved in such a way as to magnify a person's reflection. These mirrors are usually also equipped with lights in the frame. The extra light and magnification make it easier to apply makeup.

Personal magnifying makeup mirrors are usually small freestanding mirrors. They are most often round or oval to account for the concavity of the glass. Many of these mirrors are also double sided, with each side displaying a different level of magnification.

Magnifying makeup mirrors can be purchased from many retailers including Bed Bath & Beyond and Walmart.
