The application form for Cato fashions is online, but anyone applying for an in-store job must take the form to the store where the job is being offered. Those applying for a distribution, corporate or multistore job must email the form to the address provided online.

Those wishing to apply for work at Cato must be 18 years or older. The Cato application also allows the applicant to apply for work with Versona, It's Fashion, and It's Fashion Metro.
