Does the Postal Service offer a change of address form online?
By Forinfos - 17/01/2026 - 0 comments
The U.S. Postal Service allows the addressee or an authorized person to file a change of address form online up to three months before moving. A verification fee of $1.05 charged to a credit or debit card applies to the online filing of the form, as of 2015.
The user indicates if the move is temporary or permanent, when the change takes effect and whether it is an individual, family or business move. The user enters contact information, including the previous and new address. The customer must enter an email address when completing the form. The change of address confirmation goes to the email address listed on the form.
