Where are Pound Puppies games available?

As of June 2015, there is a Pound Puppies game available for iOS, but it is unclear if it is officially licensed by Hasbro. "Pound Puppies Howler World" is a platform game that uses tilt controls and is advertised as being for ages two to 10.

The game is listed on iTunes and claims it can improve the cognitive and motor skills of children. The game is published by MongaPop and the seller on iTunes is listed as Ana Luiza Rimoli Barcellos. While images of Hasbro's Pound Puppies are used in the advertising, the in-game screenshots and user reviews indicate the Pound Puppies may not be in the actual game.
