Airport Home Appliance in northern California does not have a general price negotiation policy regarding purchases, but the company does guarantee that customers pay the lowest current price on items it sells. The company offers price matching on some appliances sold by competitors at a lower price point.

Airport Home Appliance gives customers the opportunity to get a lower price on a purchased item if the item is advertised by local retailers. Customers are required to show proof of the lower price in the form of either an online or print advertisement. Customers who have purchased from Airport Home Appliance are given a 90-day window of time to receive a refund on the price difference.
