What is a procedure for freezing bananas?

3. Freeze banana pieces

   Freeze the banana pieces for one hour. Do not cover the sliced bananas.

4. Remove from freezer and place in freezer bags

   Place the banana pieces in a flat layer in a freezer bag or an airtight storage container.

5. Put the freezer bags into the freezer

   Layer bags flat on the freezer drawers. Bananas can be stored in the freezer for up to eight months.
