What property improvements are offered with RV lots?

While improvement options are determined and approved by each individual RV park, commonly available options that may be offered include the addition of outbuildings (sheds) and extra lot landscaping not already provided by the park. Parking slabs for an RV or automobile may also be approved.

Removable plastic sheds — typically up to a maximum of two — or permanent shed construction up to 10 by 14 inches in size are among the most common outbuilding options. In some cases, RV garage construction is also an option. Landscaping should be done with due consideration to the appearance and feel of the park, and with appropriate lawn maintenance in mind.
