The psychopathic deviate is a portion of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, a commonly used psychological test. The psychopathic deviate test is used to determine how well a person is adjusted to society and culture. Typical questions address family relations, feelings about authority, self and social alienation and boredom.
The psychopathic deviate test is scale 4 of ten primary scales on the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. This portion of the test consists of 50 true or false questions and is used to identify personality traits such as narcissism, hostility and exploitiveness.
