What is the purpose of e-valueBC?
By Forinfos - 05/02/2026 - 0 comments
The purpose of e-valueBC is to give access to property information about all the properties in British Columbia, except for some First Nations' properties. It is available online and can be used by anyone as long as it is not for commercial use.
E-valueBC gives details about every property, including a picture, a property description of land and buildings, the total assessed value, the previous year value, and the legal description and property ID. It allows users to compare neighboring properties and sold properties to see if their property has been assessed correctly. All taxable properties in British Columbia are included, except for recreational and industrial properties.
