What is a pygmy giraffe?
By Forinfos - 16/06/2025 - 0 comments
A pygmy giraffe is a breed of giraffe much smaller than the animals found in the African grasslands. This breed grows to about 5 or 6 feet tall and is sometimes kept as a pet.
Pygmy giraffes are genetically engineered to be smaller than the wild versions of the species. They would probably not survive in the wild on their own, and all pygmy giraffes live either in captivity or as house pets. The giraffes share all the same traits as their natural counterparts except their height. Regardless of how they may look, pygmy giraffes can still be dangerous because they have the same strong necks and hooves.
