What is QuickBooks?

QuickBooks is accounting software offered by Intuit. The software is designed for small businesses and includes features such as bill payment, payroll management and balance sheets. Profit-and-loss statements are also available via QuickBooks.

Businesses can use QuickBooks to link their bank accounts and business transactions in one location. Users can also link their PayPal accounts to the software.

QuickBooks is available as an online application and also has an app for smartphones and tablets. Business can have up to five users with one QuickBooks account, and updates made by each user are available to everyone that has access to the QuickBooks account.
