Rachael Ray is married to John Cusimano. The couple married on Sept. 24, 2005, and the wedding ceremony was held at Castello di Velona, a fairy-tale castle in Tuscany, Italy.

The couple met during a mutual acquaintance's birthday and married shortly after. Rachael and John have no children, as of 2015.

Cusimano, a New York lawyer and a member of the rock band, The Cringe, was accused of repeatedly visiting a swingers club in the company of other women. However, he denied the claims and threatened to sue the reporter for defamation. The couple has written a cookbook together, with Cusimano contributing the cocktail section.
