This recall is for front-loading washers under the Samsung and Maytag Neptune brand names. The model numbers for the recalled Samsung units are WF306BHW and WF316. These models also have serial numbers on them that feature a letter in the front and numbers ranging from 100001 through 799999 behind the letters. Customers can use a special Samsung website to see if their particular washer is a part of this recall.
