Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 cups baking mix
• 3/4 cup cold whole milk
• 4 tablespoons cold butter (1/2 a stick)
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• Pinch of salt

1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Combine the Bisquick and cold butter in a bowl using a fork or pastry cutter. Leave some small chunks of butter in the mix. Add cheese, milk and garlic and mix by hand.
2. Drop the mix onto a cookie sheet in approximately 1/4 cup portions and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with the melted butter, parsley, garlic and salt, then serve.
