How do you refresh a SiriusXM radio?

As of 2015, visit the Sirius XM Radio official website, and request a refresh signal to refresh a SiriusXM radio. The radio normally receives the refresh signal within five minutes. Alternatively, call the company’s radio and activation hotline to have a representative send a signal to the device.

While at the company site, click on the Support Center link to navigate to the refresh page. Next, click on the Refresh Signal link in the list. During late night hours, this particular link may undergo maintenance. Enter either your on-file phone number or the SiriusXM radio ID or VIN Number. Once entered, simply press the Send Refresh signal to refresh the device.
