The registration form for RIDGID professional tools is available at RIDGID.com by hovering over the Support heading and clicking on the Product Registration link. After clicking on a product category, a consumer can complete the online form to create an account and register a product, as of 2015.

When completing the online form, a consumer enters his name, address, birth year and occupation. Consumers can also opt in to receive special promotions from RIDGID by joining its mailing list. After registering a professional tool, the consumer has the option to rate and review RIDGID products.

Types of professional tools available from RIDGID include wet and dry vacuums, camera systems, pressing tools, and drain cleaning equipment.
