How do you reheat a honey baked ham?
By Forinfos - 19/03/2025 - 0 comments
To reheat a honey glazed ham, preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit, cover the ham and place it in a shallow baking dish in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes per pound of ham being reheated, or until the ham's internal temperature reaches 135 degrees.
To retain moisture during the reheating process, place another baking dish with 1 inch of water on the rack below the ham.
The HoneyBaked Ham Co. cautions against reheating ham, suggesting that reheating causes the ham to dry out and lose flavor. If you choose not to reheat, simply take the ham out of the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving it.
