How do I remove biro stains?

To remove biro ink stains, lay the stained fabric on top of a dry, clean cloth, and then blot rubbing alcohol directly into the stain. Move onto blotting the stain with another clean cloth without the alcohol, repeating until the stain is removed.

Once the stain is removed, rinse the fabric thoroughly and apply liquid laundry detergent to the stained area. After 3 to 5 minutes, wash the fabric in hot water. If the rubbing alcohol method fails to remove the stain, employ the same techniques using nail polisher remover. For best results, begin the stain removal process before the fabric dries. Once a stain has set into the fabric, it is much harder to remove.
