Does the rent on a three-bedroom trailer include the trailer park fees?

Different states and mobile home parks have different rules and policies, but most parks that rent units include park fees in the price. An individual owner renting a trailer, however, might not. It's important to ask before signing a lease to avoid spending more per month.
