Nesco ovens are carried by almost all major retailers, including Walmart and The Home Depot, as of 2015. Nesco ovens are small roaster ovens that use a slow cooking system. Nesco ovens are portable and have many features of a traditional oven, excluding the broil feature.

Nesco ovens are commonly used for cooking turkeys, but they are capable of cooking pies, lasagna and stews. The commonly sold 18 quart oven holds up to a 22 pound turkey. Nesco ovens use Circle of Heat technology that is designed to cook meals from the sides of the unit, allowing the food to retain more moisture.
