How do you rotate your monitor display?

Rotate the monitor display in Windows through the Display Settings section of the Control Panel. To change the orientation, click the Start button, and navigate to the Control Panel. Select the Display icon and then Change Display Settings. From there, select the desired screen orientation, landscape or portrait.

Most modern computer monitors are wider than they are tall, which limits productivity when working with long pieces of text or vertical graphics. Rotating the monitor makes working with these types of documents much easier.
