How are SAT scores calculated?
By Forinfos - 08/09/2025 - 0 comments
SAT scores are divided into three sections, which are reading, writing and mathematics, that are scored on a scale from 200 to 800. These three scores are added up to obtain a total SAT score.
The SAT is the most common test that post secondary institutions require for their applicants. The three sections of the test are designed to test the preparedness and aptitude of students and predict how well they will do at the next level of education. As the questions on the SAT change between different test versions, an individual will often see a variation in scores from multiple test attempts.
