By Forinfos - 17/06/2025 - 0 comments
A sauna is a hot steam bath that produces sweat and is supposed to enable a person to flush impurities from his body. The sauna typically is filled with dry heat, and steam is generated by pouring water over hot rocks.
A key benefit of a sauna is that the metabolism and heart rate increase during use, causing improved circulation throughout the body. The metabolic results of a sauna are somewhat equivalent to those gained through strenuous exercise. Some of the benefits of use are psychological, including enhanced feelings of peace and contentment. Additional benefits people may receive include relief from minor illnesses and revived muscles.
