Sleepers often disturb their partners' sleep and their own sleep with snoring. Snoring is caused by reduced airflow through the nose because of allergies, a cold or a deviated septum. Wal-Mart sells reusable devices that temporarily increase airflow through the nose when restricted.

Depending on the device chosen, the user either inserts the device into his nose, or places the device over the point of his nose. These devices are free of drugs and are available in scented or unscented varieties.
